Book Review The Whole Coconut Cookbook

Quirky recipes with special ingredients have become a specialty in my household and I have several shelves full of books dedicated to delicious delicacies. Strikingly lacking (until recently) from my diverse collection was a book focusing on whole coconut cooking.

I’m happy to say that void has now been filled and my cookbook collection is one step closer to being complete since I discovered The Whole Coconut Cookbook by Nathalie Fraise.

This book is a treasure with recipes covering everything from breakfast to main courses, snacks and of course desserts…all centered around raw and cooked coconut. The variety and uniqueness of these dishes will inspire chefs everywhere to step out of their comfort zones and experiment with something new.

Those with special dietary needs will be thrilled to know that this book only includes dairy-free and gluten-free recipes.

Healthy food never tasted so good!

I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review.
