Book Review: Salsas And Moles

Salsas and Moles by Deborah Schneider is exactly what you would expect from a book with this title. The pages are filled with great recipes with great ingredients…nothing more nothing less. And you wouldn’t want it any other way.

If you’re a professional cook looking for new ideas, you will find it here. If you’re just getting started making salsas and moles this is where you will find inspiration. From the simple to the complex, its all in these pages and it all looks delicious (can’t wait to start trying these out myself).

I recently reviewed Tacos: Recipes and Provocations by Alex Stupak and this book is the perfect supplement to that one. You simply cannot have enough authentic Mexican food on your table.

I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review.

  1. Thank you for sharing the review. I wanted to get into making more authentic Mexican food. Ladies Prism is coming soon to romance the world. Scotian Breeze is the movement. Treasure Words, Collect Figures is the company. History in the making; stay tuned.
